Crystal has over 14 years of experience in the industry working for several insurance carriers and brokers. A graduate of Norfolk State University, Crystal holds a B.S. degree and M.S degree in Health Care Administration at the University of New Haven. Crystal is also a licensed insurance agent in Life, Health and Sickness.
